16 July 2010 DEAR EXPERTS

I INTEND TO DO LAW & WILL ALSO TAKE PERMISSION IN FORM NO 112 FOR DOING LAW ALONG WITH MY ARTICLESHIP.THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE COLLEGE TIMING OF THE LAW (MORNING 7.00 AM TO 11.30 AM) CLASH WITH MY ARTICLESHIP TRAINING TIMING (10.30 AM TO 6.30 PM)ANY WAY OUT?AS IN FORM NO 112 THE SIGNATURE OF THE COLLEGE PRINCIPAL IS ALSO REQUIRED & CA INSTITUTE WILL NOT GIVE PERMISSION.

16 July 2010 Difficult situation, but may be one thing can be done.
In case your college is 5 days and your Office is 6 Days, you can try to make it in a way that your articleship minimum 35 hours per week gets completed.

But keep in mind, the approval of the principal and college along with ICAi needs to be obtained.
