05 June 2014 Dear experts,
Please tel me the process of late Annual return filling of ROC on MCA for F.Y. 2012-13.
I have not filed form 23B either.Please tel me how can i file my ROC return as per new companies act?Do I have to file ADT-1 on GNL-2 for appointment of auditor for F.Y.2012-13 or is there any other alternative??

There is a column for digital signature in verification portion on ADT-1,how can i sign on attachment?
Can I attach ADT-1 on GNL-2 without digital signature?Can I make my own ADT-1 on MS word format?

05 June 2014 You may make ADT-1 in excel/word format,get it physically signed by the Mg. Director/ Director, scan in PDF format, attach to GNL-2 and e-file through MCA portal.

06 June 2014 How do you know that the auditors appointment made is for specific f.y?
There is no mention of period for which appointment is made,in ADT-1 nor it is in GNL-2. Infact there is a column of period for which form relates but it's not taking any date.
