dear sir,
my ITR for FY 2012-13 did not filed till now there is refund case on the same year if i file the return for FY 2012-13 will any penalty imposed on that case.???
2. Can i file 2 ITR for FY 2012-13 and 2013-14 in same day???

Dear Rahul,
You can file your ITR for FY 2012-13 till 31-03-2015, there will be no penalty in your case. It is advisable to file return as early as possible to get refund early.
Yes you can file ITR of FY 12-13 and 13-14 on the same day.
