one of my clients, not able to file his company return ITR6 for AY 2012-13. pls suggest me how can i go head in this regard for filing company return either online or manual...

20 November 2015 If there is refund file manual return on the strength of CBDT Circular 9/2015 dated 09-06-2015, otherwise no chance to file voluntarily.

22 November 2015 actually, if there is no refund, then it is simple to file. Just fill the manual return and submit it to the jurisdictional AO.

They will stamp the ITR-V as confirmation of receipt. In case they wish to raise any query, 142(1) notice shall be issued.
