Late filing fees is to be paid for tds return??

I have not filed tds return of FY 201415 Q1 as there was no transaction in that qtr. But now i have passed one entry & deducted TDS Rs.2000/- in Qtr 1.& The same is now paid with Interest. As i have paid tds late So while filing tds return is late filing fees for return @200 per day is applicable??? & if yes then Fees amount comes More than my TDS liability . So How Fees is to be calculated & paid ???

yes fees is applicable. but shall be limited to Rs 2000 only. you need to pay it through a normal TDS challan before filing the return...
