Late fee for belated submission of st3 return

Hello, how to pay late fee for belated submission of ST 3 Online ? Is it same as we pay regular service tax. If yes then which accounting code should be selected. Or do we have to fill GAR 7 challan & pay in a bank? Please reply

GAR-7 is done away. Payment has to be done online. Code depends on the 'name of service'
