hello,a pvt.co.which has not filled it's return for A.Y.09-10 wants to file it now for both A.Y 09-10 & A.Y 10-11.Hw can it do so?What are the problems,it may face?Please help.it's urgent.

Return for AY 09-10 cannot be filed now as it is time barred. However return for AY 10-11 can be filed now but the department can impose a penalty upto Rs 5000 for late filing of return.
