Sir,
Labour Charges reciept for the FY 2014-15 is Rs.96 lakhs but including Service tax figure it goes beyond 1CR so what to do in such case.. audit is necessary or we can file without audit

If service tax is included in total receipts of P&L account and service tax payment is debited to P&L account tax audit is necessary.
