Kindly provide suggestion on top priority - form-16

KINDLY PROVIDE SUGGESTION ON TOP PRIORITY
We request to NSDL for Form 16 for the financial year 2011-12 and the same have been received from TIN-NSDL but in provided form 16 only mentioned Tax deduction details during the year its not shown whole details which was shown in earlier form 16 format like –Gross Salalry and Investment details etc.
Can you please suggest above mentioned form 16 valid for issuance to our taxable employee if have any amended circular regarding above please provide us.

25 May 2012 Firstly, it is mandatory only to issue Form 16A from NSDL website.

It is NOT mandatory to issue Form 16 from NSDL site.

The Form 16 downloaded from NSDL website does not contain details of salary and deductions and is accordingly not of much use.

It is advisable to issue manual Form 16.
