08 August 2011 Can someone send me a Brief Note ( max 2 or 3 pages only) - highlighting the salient provisions of Karnataka VAT Act applicable to Works Contract for a Construction Contracting Company & whether Composition Scheme is better or Normal Scheme, in case purchases from outside Karnataka for the whole construction project are about 55% of material cost. Also a note on applicability of Entry Tax in Karnataka.
