ours is private ltd. co. & in moa share capital is rs. 1 lac. its regd. on 11/9/2010. & 2 directors are there & cash brought in by them is there

12 May 2011 but sir cash brought in by directors are in part i.e. 20000, 35000 & so on & upto one director total bought in fund is upto 15lac & other one upto 172000/- so upto what amout should i show capital & they have told me that 50000/- will be share amount & 450000/- premium amount so how to show it & where share application account will come under head share capital or
