17 July 2017 Dear Sir,

I am a jobworker in Gujarat. i do a jobwork of a party of Madhya pradesh. The party of MP send me a raw material for jobwork before 30/06/2017. so, if send a finished material of jobwork to party(OF MP) after 01/07/2017. It is taxable or not ?

17 July 2017 Thank you sir for reply me..........But now my question is that Party of MP ordered a party of rajasthan that he send raw material to me(GUJARAT) for jobwork. and party of Rajasthan send raw material before 30/06/2017 to me for jobwork.

Here, Party of Rajasthan is producer of raw material.
And My role is of jobworker.
So, i do jobwork of party of MP
so, Is GST applicable on sending of Finished material to Party of MP?

17 July 2017 If party of MP registered under GST and sends raw material to you under challan then GST not applicable on sending of Finished material to Party of MP

17 July 2017 THANK YOU VERY MUCH SIR. PARTY OF MP SENDS A RAW MATERIAL UNDER CHALLAN ANNEXURE-II. SO THAT GST IS NOT APPLICABLE. BUT THERE IS ANY TIME LIMIT FOR GST NOT APPLICABLE ON JOBWORK UNDER CHALLAN????

18 July 2017 Inputs and/or capital goods sent to a jobworker are required to be returned to the principal within 1 year and 3 years, respectively, from the date of sending such goods to the job-worker.
