Itrv received after due date

26 December 2014 I have submitted my E-File Returns for the AY 2011-2012 ON 07-10-2014. so the status changed to "ITRV received after due date". I have submitted almost after three years.

When I call to IT department customer care, they said that I have submit via the local vendor.

Can anyone suggest what to do now?

26 December 2014 you cannot E file return for AY 2011-12 now. Contact jurisdictional ITO.

26 December 2014 Thanks a lot Mr.Seetharaman. But, Just one more doubt.

I moved from Bangalore to chennai one year before. But, when I check my Jurisdictional ITO in incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in website, its displaying Bangalore address.

Can't we do it from Online? Or from chennai? Should i go to bangalore and process it?

27 December 2014 Even you contact AO you may not get refund in view of due date of filing return is over.
