BELATED RETURN CAN BE FILED AT THE END OF ONE YEAR FROM THE END OF RELEVANT ASSESSMENT YEAR.
I.E 31.03.2011.
I.E YOU CAN FILE BELATED RETURN.
YOU CAN FILE ANY WAY WHETHER MANUAL OR E-FILE.
IT IS BETTER TO E-FILE.
