Dear Sir,
If a person gets arrear of post retirement benefit amount aprroved superannuation fund from F.Y 2006-07 to 2012-13.
A following amount like
F.Y Amount
2006-07 15634
2007-08 64923
2008-09 72236
2009-10 82889
2010-11 98056
2011-12 110226
2012-13 123688
can we take deduction 100000 per year or not?
for that calculation we have to upload form 10E or not?
its very urgent
which itr form is to be filed?

the deduction of 100,000....I am taking it as deduction u/s 80C
You can avail deduction u/s 80C of the respective year, provided you have PAID that much amount in the respective years. Because it is on payment basis.

sir total amount 567000 is received in 2013-14.

10E is for bifurcation...right?
you can claim 100000 as 80C, in the year in which you PAID that amount.

10E is for calculation of relief u/s 89. bifurcation will have to be made for calculation of relief.
