Sir, I HAVE TO FILE INCOME TAX RETURN UNDER SECTION 44 AB. IN THIS REGARD TILL DATE I HAVE NOT PAID SERVICE TAX WHICH IS DUE ON 31/03/2011. NOW I CAN FILE RETURN WITHOUT PAID SERVICE TAX OR PAID LATER ON.

Without paying how could mention in the Return, if not paid than you have to pay with interest before any demand is made by the department.
