A SELF EMPLOYED PERSON EARN RS 270000 IN 2014-15 WITHOUT ANY INVESTMENT UNDER 80C.WOULD HE BE ABLE TO SUBMIT RETUN ITR-S WITHOUT PREPARING B/S OR P/L ACCOUNT ,ON LINE

In the above caseI he earns the income only from tution in the tune of Rs2,70,000 pa.
1.Is it necessary to file tax return as professional person
2.If yes,is it obligatory to attach balancesheet with itr-4s,If return is filed online

1)you can file ITR4 also using no books of accounts maintained section in sheet p&L
2)not mandatory to fill financials can fill ITR4 using no books of accounts case,
3)i prefer to filing ITR-4 than ITR-4S in your case.
