for "No-A/C case" fillup in ITR-4,Whether "Amount of cash balance" will show only Cash-in-hand,or both Cash-in-hand And Cash-at-bank?

Need to show cash in hand only. Inference - phraseology in column 3 (a) (iii) and 6 (d) of part A-BS
