Respected Sirs
I have a question that, there is a director of a company & he is getting remuneration from Company, he is also incurring expenses on behalf of company & taking reimbursement.
so sir plz tell me what type of ITR he should file & why??

ITR 1 is sufficient for the said case, doesn't matter he is a director or whatsoever.
in case of expense, in income tax act such practice of doing expense and getting it reimbursed is taxable in case of shareholders.
hence if he is a shareholder too, he may come under net of 2(22)(e) as deemed dividend.
but that too is taxable under other source and again ITR-1 is sufficient.
note: in case he also has other income from other sources, then different forms may be required.
