I HAVE FILED ITR-3 WITH SALARY INCOME RS 340068.
INTRADAY LOSS RS 63961.
BUT INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT HAD GIVEN ME NOTICE BY COMPUTING MY TAXABLE INCOME AS
(340068+63961)=404029
DOES INTRADAY LOSS ATTRACTS TAX?
PLEASE EARLY SOLUTION , WHOM SHOULD I POINT THIS?

No income tax on intraday loss. Probably some mistakes has happened while filing
the return. Please check that, and seek rectification through online if original return
has been electronically filed, otherwise file before the jurisdictional ITO.
