I have not filed ITR for the financial year 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 of a Unlisted public company. What will be the penalty and consequences

File it now with tax and interest payment penalty may not be levied.

Sir what is the interest will be levy be AO and under section 234A any amount will levy

If there is tax due, interest u/s 234A will be levied @1% Per month or part of a month for the delayed filing.
If tax due is more than Rs.10,000 and advance tax is not paid or short paid, interest will be levied u/s 234B and 234C for short payment and deferment of advance tax respectively.
If tax due is more than Rs.10,000 and advance tax is not paid or short paid, interest will be levied u/s 234B and 234C for short payment and deferment of advance tax respectively.

Wile filing the return through on line it will calculate all interest due. Remit the amount and file the return. Now on line filing of the return is compulsory for companies.

And If there is no Taxable Income then what will be interest and late filing fee

If there is no taxable income nothing is payable while filing the return.
