23 August 2014 I was an NRI Status from 2007 till 18th Oct 2013. In this period I have invested in my spouses and children's name by giving their PAN number in Bank FDs and NSC/KVP. Till 2012-13 I have shown all the above details shown at the time of ITR filing in my account.
As on date I have not filed returns for 2013-14.
Please let me know weather am I able to file separately in my name as well as spouse name for the year 2013-14 to save TAx.

23 August 2014 what you have done is correct be con and should be continued with. kindly file the ITR for FY 2013-14 on the same basis.

24 August 2014 as I said earlier, these incomes should be included in your tax return under (as these incomes get clubbed in your income under section 64. I assume your kids are minor).

refer to your CA, if you are unable to do it yourself, to ensure that no mistake is made in the return.
