LTCG for the year AY 2022-23 is Rs.342713/- (.) For the preceding three AYs the loss carried forward is Rs.348649/- (.) The loss properly entered in CFL Sch year wise.(-) In Sl number xii total loss carried forward to future years is shown in default as Rs.5936/- without taking in to account exempted income up to Rs.100000/-(.) Request you to please advise how to enter correct figures.

No other option. That is the correct procedure. You cannot claim the exemption of 1 lakh when there is loss to be carried forward.
