PLZ GUIDE WHICH ITR, I HAVE TO FILE (ITR-1 OR ITR-4) . AS I TWO TYPE OF INCOME ONE FROM SALARY OF RS 4,50,000 AND INCOME FROM INSURANCE COMMISSION OF RS 3,80,000

25 May 2012 Income from insurance commission is taxable under the head Income from Business or Profession.

Accordingly you have to file ITR 4.
