I supply construction materials vide my own trucks and bill amount raised is inclusive of truck freight. Whether I can claim ITC on truck-parts purchased by me ?

Yes you can avail the ITC subject to the conditions specified u/s 17(5) of the CGST Act. However, prima facie it seems to be like the truck is being used for the purpose of transportation of goods, hence the same can be availed.
