06 August 2012 Sir, My question is that A person(doctor) has filed last year in form no.1 as he service in a hospital, but in current year he leave the job and make self practice. My question is which income tax return form used by them. Neither He is partner nor proprietor.

06 August 2012 ITR 4 if he is proprietor and ITR 3 if he is partner in the firm

07 August 2012 Neither He is partner nor proprietor, He is practising in self name. Form No4 or Form No 4S. Kindly also tell me about Form 4S (Sugam), who will filled this form ?
