16 July 2013 Which form should be used to fill IT Return of HUF which is not engaged in any business and have income from bank deposits only? Please suggest.

17 July 2013 Dear Sir, Today I have registered on Income Tax E Filing site. When I go to Efile Return Only ITR-4S comes in dropdown box. Please guide.

17 July 2013 I am not quite sure why this is happening. Since you have no business income you can file ITR 2.

21 July 2013 In ITR 2 form, there is a field stating: "Whether this return is being filed by a representative assessee? If yes, please furnish following information". Please guide to fill this field.

22 July 2013 if the karta is filing the itr then for the representative click yes and select karta.
