Which form should be used to fill IT Return of HUF which is not engaged in any business and have income from bank deposits only? Please suggest.

Dear Sir, Today I have registered on Income Tax E Filing site. When I go to Efile Return Only ITR-4S comes in dropdown box. Please guide.

I am not quite sure why this is happening. Since you have no business income you can file ITR 2.

yes as per ur information itr2 should be filed for huf.

In ITR 2 form, there is a field stating: "Whether this return is being filed by a representative assessee? If yes, please furnish following information". Please guide to fill this field.

if the karta is filing the itr then for the representative click yes and select karta.
