12 April 2014 WE HAVE NOT FILED THE IT RETURNS FOR LAST 2YEARS WILL THERE IT BE ANY PROBLEM FOR US. AND IF PROBLEM IS THERE WHAT ARE THE PROBLEMS WILL COME IF MANY THEN I WILL FILE MY RETURNS. BUT HOW MUCH PENALTY I SHOULD PAY TO IT DEPT. KINDLY SUGGEST

12 April 2014 if your income below exempt limit then no requirement of file the return . but your income more than exempt limit and not filing the return then you have pay penalty Rs. 5000/- per return

you can file return of F Y 2012-13 at present. if you income below exempt limit.

16 April 2014 no my limit crossed to approx 45lacks. and what is the due date for filing of IT Returns for fy 2012-13...kindly suggest
