Income Tax (Exemption) What is law if Public trust holding 12A & 80G Certificate if the Change of Name & in MOA changes some words deleted or added it is the rule that the Public Should apply for fresh application for 80 G & 12 A Certificates

Apply for change of name enclosing copy of certificate of incorporation of change of name and MOA changes to the concerned Officer. Fresh application not required.
