can you provide me Form G for indemnity bond in word/excel for issue of duplicate CST form & also send me procedure for obtaining duplictae CST forms

It is available in web site under section CST forms. You can download and take a print. Visit WWW.mahavat.gov.nic.in, and click Acts and Rules and CST Act.. further forms .You will get G form.You have to file a letter to your VAT officer,who will give you further procedure.....mjk
