Dear Sir,
We have dedcuted a tds on Commission in the Firm name i.E. Mohit trading company but the Prop of the same firm is Manoj kumar and Pan no issued in this name, my question is that can we issue From 16A in the name of Prorperitor.

AT the time of filing TDS return, you must have mentioned PAN of the proprietor. Accordingly, TDS certificate shall be issued agaisnt that PAN only.
