We have paid sum total of 5,00,000.00 to Dianik Bhaskar news paper against advt given in their all additions on weekly basis.We have made payment to Dianik Bhaskar news paper directly ,no advt agency is involved at any step.
My query is ' do we have to apply TDS on these payments ? '
