16 February 2012 my cousin lost her CPT certificate and wants to submit her IPCE exam form. She also already submitted the ONLINE form..

My question is :

Whether we need to attach the CPT Marksheet with the form ???

We had not received the original marksheet of CPT and the JUNE 2011 marksheet is also not available on internet .

16 February 2012 No need to submit the copy of marks sheet of CPT just fill the details of passing of CPT in the exam form required.
