After geting payment from party we will pay service Tax to Departmet. It is right?

Correct. Even if we receive amount in advance we are required to deposit service tax within 5th day of the next month in which such amount is received. Service tax is calculated by backward computing. if we receive partial amount of the invoice then propoertionate amount of service tax is to be deposited.
