I HAVE GOT A INTIMATION UNDER SEC 143A BUT THE TAX LIABILITY AS PER MY CALCULATION AND INCOME TAX IS NIL. DO I HAVE TO REPLY TO THE INTIMATION? IF YES CAN ANY ONE SEND ME THE FORMAT OF REPLY . PLS

First of all i think it is intimation u/s 143(1).
If you find anything wrong you can file rectification u/s 154.

You will have to file Rectification of Intimation U/s 154 of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
