19 December 2010 I HAVE GOT A INTIMATION UNDER SEC 143A BUT THE TAX LIABILITY AS PER MY CALCULATION AND INCOME TAX IS NIL. DO I HAVE TO REPLY TO THE INTIMATION? IF YES CAN ANY ONE SEND ME THE FORMAT OF REPLY . PLS

19 December 2010 First of all i think it is intimation u/s 143(1).
If you find anything wrong you can file rectification u/s 154.
