how to rectify intimation u/s 143(1) when then is no change in income assesed and returned income but there is difference in tax payable

so what? your dispute is about the tax payable. (Since you are claiming in the query that there is no change in the ASSESSED income.)

total tax payable is 9510 but we pay self asst tax of 1260 then whether we have to pay tax demanded by the CPC for the income of 277000 for asst year 2013-14

if you have to pay the tax, then do NOT file rectificaton application. Just pay the tax and that is all
