I had e-file IRT-V belated
and show income only 68000/-
and claim refund 3800/- TDS deducted by company.
but actual income is 216000
I know belated return can not be revise
plz advice me
can I request to income tax (cpc)
for intimation U/s 143(1)
voluntarily

143(1) intimation has nothing to do with whether you filed return in time or late. You can request for the same without any inhibition.
