28 December 2012 WHAT WILL BE THE PENALTY IF THE INTIMATION TO ROC BY THE AUDITOR IS AFTER 90 DAYS OF AGM ?

If the delay is after 90 days from the date of AGM it means you penalty cover in level of delay of after 60 days from due date.

In that case you will pay 6 times of normal fee as late payment.

If you file Form-23B after 9o days from due date then you will pay additional fee as 9 time of normal fee.
