14 July 2010 Hi,i request to all expert to provide list of general and typical questions can be asked in a 15 month training interview in a company & also clarify if a cs can get a dream job in a non metro state easily.regards.

Rules for issuing Share Certificate, share transfer

Circular Resolution, Resolutions requiring unanimous approval.

Listing Agreements - Corporate Governance.

SEBI - SAST, Delisting Rules

15 July 2010 Basic understanding about the company is must. I mean your overall attitude is very important.

Kindly prepare the following:

1. read the topic of incorporation of company and ROC e-forms

2. what is the basic of mca e-filing. check www.mca.gov.in

3. maintenance of records

4. info about general and board meeting along with type of resolutions.

5. knowledge of roc e-forms is very imp.
