can anyone tel me comprehensive book where i will the knowledge on DTAA with US like we have manoharan for taxation easy and comprehensive to read

before going into deep waters, just skim through everything.
there are small books, for example,
Bare Act - The FEMA, and likewise there are are books for every law.
The main benefit of these books is that they cover each law in 40-50 pages. So, basically, these books contain only highlights of any law.
The other benefit is that they are much much cheaper. Each book is price around 30-35/- only!!!
What you want is just points. Details ke liye to GOVT WEBSITES hai na!!!
