Can an Auditor from the Proprietorship firm doing Stautory Audit of a Company, perform the Internal Audit of the same Company as a partner from the Partnership Firm?

INTERNAL AUDITOR OF THE SAME COMPANY IS NOT BECOME STAUTORY AUDITOR OF THE SAME COMPANY BECOUSE IN CARO REPORT THEIR IS SOME REQUIREMENT TO GIVE OPINION OF INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM. SO SAME CA FIRM CAN'T GIVE PROPERLY OPINION ON INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM.
