29 January 2014 Dear Sir,
I am a CA holding full time COP, I am signing the internal audit report of a Company but recently i got a job in a psu now my question is.
1) Can i continue signing the internal audit report by holding a part time COP?
2) can a company change its Internal Auditor in the mid way if i resign.
3) does signing a Internal audit report comes under the ambit of of certification.

29 January 2014 1. yes you can continue signing the audit report unless their is condition within the terms of reference regarding your COP status.

2. yes the company can appoint the new auditor...

3. are you seriously asking this question?? Agarwal, you are a practicing CA. Shouldnt answers to these questions be known to you in first instance....
