16 February 2015 No eforms is required to be filed in case of declaration of interim dividend

17 February 2015 The Company is incorporated under Companies Act 1956. While altering articles we have to alter as per CA 1956 or CA 2013?

Is there any limit or percentage available in declaring interim dividend?
