Can you please specify the section and rate of Interest to be charged u/s 234 for late deposit of TDs for F. Yr. 2013-14.

12 May 2014 Interest is applicable on late deposit of TDS u/s 201. Rate is 1.5% per month or part thereof. Interest on late deduction is 1% per month or part thereof.

Fees for late filing of TDS Return is Rs 200/- u/s 234E.
