last FY our company is in loss .we want to show some profit. so that we wants to capitalize our Bank interest paid . is there any problem with this .pls help

Yes, there is problem with this. You are not doing PROPER disclosure. If it is in LOSS, the same should be reflected through books of accounts and the financials

capitalisation is not allowed in this case...what is the nature of transaction is not disclosed.

if you but capital assets then you capitalized the intt till its not come of production.
