20 November 2013 I have a query to you as :
Sir, we have got a job from Crain barmer from Rajasthan but we are not registered at Rajasthan .We are Registered at Maharashtra in Navi mumbai . but Problem is we have Purchased a capital goods from thane like that machinery worth Rs.5987948/-
Here,We can issue Form-C under CST act ? any possibilities, if I Can’t Issue form –C ? Any other ways to reduce our tax liabilities with this issue ? please must give immediate answer for this issue?

20 November 2013 You should have thought of the problem before buying a crane. Now you have already made a local purchase,so,local tax(vat)will be charged at full rate.A C form can not be issued now. For saving tax you could have got registered in Rajasthan VAT and then purchased the crane,by including it in the commodities list. If you have to do any civil works in Rajastan registration under VAT Act there becomes necessary......mjk
