Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a proprietorship Firm and I am manufacturing of Ready made Garments and I sell my Product on Flipkart and Snapdeal Delhi. My sale is both local and Interstale. so please tell me how to made entry in tally and how to show Dvat return that products selling on Flipkart and Snapdeal. I am falling E-commerce dealer or not.

Dear Sakil,
there are below point which you need to clear first..
your dispatch placed is based in delhi than you have to file dvat rule .
now you deal with flipkart and snapdeal means your customer is comming thru online and said company take commission with you.
kindly note down in case of local sale you have to debit customer , credit flipkart with commission amount and credit you sale along with vat payable thereon.
and same you have to follow in central sale .
