28 October 2013 I have querry related input tax ,how to get input tax credit,is only following conditions are satisfied or any other condition also:-
assesse must have cst no.
purchase from registered dealer
invoice must be taken

please there is any other condition or formality which is to be fulfilled then let me know....

03 November 2013 Condition to avail Input Tax credit depends upon the law relating STATE VAT act and it may differ state to state but in general
dealer must be registered, It must have Tax Invoice,goods must have been purchase for resale or to be used in manufactures of goods to sold etc etc.
