10 February 2013 Sir,
Our clients has been denied input vat credit
for non payment of tax by suppliers. Hence i have filed appeals. I would be requiring judgement in case of

14 February 2013 You may also refer to Vinayaka Cashew Industries issued by the Karnataka tribunal. This case lays down the important points required to be considered before disallowance of input tax credit. Excellent judgement. Altaf shoes is also a very good case on the said subject.

15 February 2013 Thank you sir, however i have not found the said judgement on the high court site. so kindly forward the case law if possible in case of althaf shoes, k saikali, the above mentioned in your answer
