Whether VAT Input Credit for FY 12-13 and FY 13-14 can be carried forward to next FY adter availing the set off against the output tax payable .

VAT input credit can be carried forward subject to respective state provisions, VAT of which state are you referring to Mr Vishal?

Sir i am referring for Maharashtra VAT . Request to let us know for the same for above issue for how much period it can be carried forward, Maximum amt that can be forward etc
